Saved: In 1974 at 18 years of age in an independent Baptist church. Began ministry in a southern Baptist church, later introduced to the doctrines of grace.
Wife: Rhonda, American born, medical training, speaks fluent Spanish. Works in the translation part of the ministry.
Children: Lael, Dámaris
Background: Although not born in Chihuahua, Andrés has a burden for these people, especially those in the mountains.
Frustrated with social programs that have no social value. Medical services only compliment ministry.
Wants to reach Mexico through individual outreach and conferences bringing together people from at least five major cities.
